Swim Season 2025 ~ Opening May 24th
To ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all residents and guests, the following rules must be followed. Violations may result in suspension of pool access and/or fines.
All swimmers must shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.
Avoid applying lotions, oils, hair products, and makeup before swimming, as these can affect water cleanliness and damage pool equipment.
Hair that is shoulder-length or longer must be braided or securely tied to help maintain water clarity and prevent filter blockages.
No urinating in the pool. Use the restrooms provided.
Band-Aids and other wound coverings are not allowed in the water. Anyone who begins to bleed, vomit, or has a bowel movement must exit the pool immediately and notify a Pool Attendant.
Anyone with a fever, rash, open wounds, vomiting, or diarrhea within the last 48 hours must not enter the pool. You may return 24 hours after all symptoms have cleared.
Infants and toddlers who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers (e.g., Little Swimmers). Swim diapers are available for purchase from the Pool Attendant.
Only approved pool toys are allowed in the pool. Toys must be safe and age-appropriate for all swimmers present. Please handle all toys with care to avoid damage or punctures. Misuse or damage to community property may result in repair or replacement fees.
By entering, you acknowledge that you are swimming at your own risk. No lifeguards are on duty. .
Appropriate Swimwear Required
No cut-off shorts or frayed clothing.
Aqua shoes are allowed.
Swimwear must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment.
All jewelry—rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, body jewelry, etc.—must be removed before entering the pool.
BCCO is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing jewelry.
Foul language, offensive behavior, inappropriate attire, or visible vulgar tattoos are not permitted. Pool Attendants have full authority to enforce this rule. You may be asked to cover them without question or leave the pool area if necessary
No diving, cannon balls, jumping, walking off into the pool, running, hanging on the rope, or placing anything—including body parts—into the skimmers.
For safety, always use the pool stairs or ladders when getting in or out of the water.
No Glass Containers in the Pool Area - Glass of any kind is strictly prohibited within the gated pool area per WAC 246-260-131. This regulation helps prevent breakage and injury.
No Food or Drink in the Pool - Food and beverages may be consumed in designated areas only. Please use the tables provided to enjoy food and beverages.
No Alcohol or Intoxicated Guests - No alcohol is allowed inside or outside the pool area per state law. Intoxicated individuals will be denied entry.
Children under age 16 must be accompanied by the property owner unless a Pool Permission Form has been approved in advance.
Up to 4 guests per lot allowed (excluding household members).
Owners must remain with their guests at all times.
Guests may not include renters or suspended members (or their children).
Renters may not bring guests.
Must have written permission from the property owner.
Property owner must be current on assessments and free of violations.
A $30 seasonal pool fee is required for renter access.
Property owners are accountable for the behavior of their household members and guests. All violations or damages may result in fines or disciplinary action.
BCCO is not responsible for injuries or for lost or stolen personal belongings. A Lost & Found is located near the pool office.
Access is granted only to members who are current on assessments. Members on an approved payment plan who are up to date may also use the pool. No other exceptions will be made.
