Fee Schedule

First Violation:  The owner will receive a warning letter & can request a hearing before the board

Second Violation: $50 fine if the previous violation was not corrected within the given time frame.

Ongoing Violations: Monthly fines of up to $35 until the issue is resolved.

Notification:  All violation notices, including warning letters, are sent to the owner’s lot address or an alternate address they’ve provided to the association.  Update your Resident Information Form.

Responsibility for Guests/Tenants: Owners are responsible for violations committed by guests, tenants, agents, or contractors.
