Our 2025 Annual Membership Meeting was held both virtually & in-person.

Date: Thursday, March 27th

Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Place: North Mason School District Office

250 E Campus Rd, Belfair, WA 98528

We had quorum and were able to conduct business. We hope to see you at the upcoming monthly meetings. These are held at the North Mason School District Office or you can join us virtually.

The Pass Down Fee Resolution Policy passed, and is now in affect. This policy will enable the HOA to recover the costs they incur as a result of handling bad checks. The goal of such a policy is to protect the HOA from financial loss and to encourage customers to settle outstanding payments promptly.

The draft minutes are available to read. Draft minutes are not official until they have been reviewed and approved by the board at the next scheduled annual membership meeting.
